IGO's progress though is quite disappointing. What is it up to!! ?? Get back to Neptune I say!!! It's been there with ALY almost 3 years now - promising start then some advancement with Neptune then a distraction or two. On purpose?
The real issue that I have with jv's is that the minor party - ALY in this case - is starved of vital info most of the time and has no say in how the exploration (in this case) is run. IGO is biding its time that's for sure. This is a hot vhms spot. Please get on with it IGO! Come on Bill B do something about it!
