Also wanted to add. Bassari waiting very long for their Mining Permit due to SA Government not moving on any permits until changes were made to their Mining Code! Bassari were always to be the first company with license granted. Point being, don't be too hard on Western's delay in having permit granted. Not their fault AT ALL!
