Agree ticking boxes but not sure about your reference to mistakes. Slide in SP started with act of God (flooding) almost two years followed by key management departure and one of directors selling about $5m in shares to refurb a commercial property he owned. All these events happening close together along with suspension of dividends and shorters becoming active marked start of steady decline which turned mid 2015. Feeling very confident here and believe return to dividends will attract non goldbug investors seeking safe haven with yield.
