And why was this document price sensitive? when the "highlights" were terminating a term sheet and "reviewing" acquisition opportnities (something they have been doing for a decade now).

And why outside the resource sector? Webbj I wouldn't really care what sector they are in if things turned around, but why are they paying big bucks to the O&G staff when they may go into making APPs like Candy Crush? Can we please fire AM if this happens?
