yes it does look like it is a viable project to undertake (leach pond gold recovery) as the samples taken suggest,i guess the bottom of the pond is normally flat but usually have a sump in there some where (could be where the high reading come from?) the gold lode didnt peter out it disappeared? Do you mean it sheared off due to movement in the ground,guess they will drill around the spot to locate it.
The cyclone project is getting closer to start up as well ,they seem pretty sure it will go ahead in the not to distant future,if/when this goes ahead it will be massive.
