The more poignant question right now is whether you actually want a tech vend or with minerals back in favour if a mining acquisition isn't better, potash, zinc, nickel, copper, lithium - plenty to work with.

As for cash, we've seen plenty of shells RTO without millions of $ and most end up needing to raise significant amounts, often with recon. I'm simply looking for an options agreement on an attractive sounding project that spikes price hard on day 1 and gets the shell to ~$5M mc, which would be 1c.
