Either someone is deliberately blocking the way.(as has been discussed, possibly Todd as they have one more conversion) Or someone is just selling a few as they can as the sp creeps up. There is definately more buyer interest over the last week and buyers are slowly overpowering sellers. But still extremely cheap imo.

Wouldn't mind knowing where they are at with the state agreement negotiations with the WA government? Can't see it not getting approvals imo.
