They haven't drawn down any of the loan facility, so they won't have to pay it out. Maybe pay a break cost.
My guess is they will continue to accurate acerage, drill and test the wells (cost about $200k per well) and then complete wells when price is right. They will have capitalized on low drill costs & acerage and be ready to capitalize on higher oil prices - with no debt.
