I cannot understand why NHC managements stood on the sideline for so long when they could have taken over this Co as pea nut even at 5 cents each for NHC has over a billion in cash.
the managements should be shifted to another planet according to their record.
This co is the same as dart energy that the managements could have earned the best medal for destroying shareholders fund.
Funny enough, NHC owns 20% of both companies ! Make me wonder why ?
