They need to resolve outstanding landholder objections which in obviously taking longer than expected due to millions of compensation dollars up for grabs. Without this sorted they can't get mining lease. Without ML they won't get funding so critical to get ducks lined up first. I am expecting update within next week or so. They have $72m in bank so won't be going broke just yet!
