I hear on the grapevine, there is a share issue coming shortly; apparently 10,000 Trillion to Sofs for the purpose of buying one of the big banks, that way they can be remunerated more handsomely and drag out the imminent drill. I must stress this is based on a rumor only. DYOR This is a bargain at these levels JMHO
