I think your close to the mark Narra.... I think we all thought it fishy when NTM started talking about CR
Makes me wonder who the large law firm DD was talking about . I wouldnt have picked DD to make empty threats , hes been around too long. Why dont they tell us waht the initial claim was (whos company is it ?)
Very sad if the NT Govt can walk away from this without so much as a paper cut ....imagine if this happened to BHP when they where first starting out , Govt indian giver decisions like this kill companies. ( no offence intended to the Indians)
