Is it a good sign that insiders are not buying given that it is expected in two weeks. Maybe there are too many shares on issue now so it is a dud. This fall from grace highlights the need for directors to be forced to buy 50 grand of stock initially and 10 per cent of annual salary every year so that they make sound decisions and not decisions just to ensure salaries are paid.
