I'm seeing things in the same light as yourself. The company is still interested in Azul but apparently the 60kt may not be there??? I would think it would require at least 40kt to be viable!?...

Re Myanmar, I do believe this could be a game changer but definitely blue sky for now. They have the report and not surprised its being kept confidential...If it was bad news I would think the company would say we are out.

Money seems to be available more than your earlier estimates. I truly hope they keep costs down and look to partner somehow on one of their assets to minimise dilution.

Still think this could rocket IF circumstances are positive for Tin!!
