The company seem very positive that they will not be in a position where this 400000 will need to be refunded. No doubt a CR IMHO will be on the cards but I suspect that that will be after the 6 month period and certainty that 400000 is not being refunded. After this date I think we could see some interest reappear and I would be adverse to a CR as the positives far outweigh the negatives of a CR
