$400K from EDC not a moment too soon. Still only enough to last one quarter. Massively diluting capital raising or a miracle required. EDC asking for $400K back in 3 months would result in insolvency.
Despite the above, still seems very professional in approach, but can't survive forever without cash. Next 6 months will need big funding injection or oblivion.
