Boppy, EDC have committed themselves to drill targets and not resource upgardes. Over the past 2 weeks they have probably spent more than 400000 already. They have men and equipent on the ground as we speak and they are planning a very big MT survey and appear to be serious in their endeavours. HRL expect to spend 300000 of the 400000 and they would certainly not do this if they had the slightest inclination that EDC would pull out. The 400000 never showed up in this quarterly as they only just received the money last week.
Raising capital will more than likely be on the cards as this is the only way juniors acquire funds. I am hoping though that that gets delayed for as long as possible.
