Aslo focus seems to be shifting to Kanzi. Justifiably so, its the better project with the larger equity stake. Sense more delays with Cacata - LR dragging there feet?
At least the capabilities of management will be measured shortly with the nature of this funding arrangement. My personal opinion is that it will be will received but time will tell.
