It will take a sustained move on good volume through the strike price to entice conversion. The illiquid aspect adds to the unknown, increasing volatility.
The trades today have been relatively small amounts circa $2000 worth.
This is a good company with lots of potential, a sound management team and a good capital structure, fully diluted sub 150k on issue (approx). The factor here is time. I have no idea when the SP will reflect value.
