possible AJ just wanted a change and this coincided with the costcutting ... he owns 17% or 20m shares so is totally leveraged to success anyway. I believe he has done well from UMC so is probably not reliance on the 250kpa he was getting from POZ.
Highland Plains disappointing but market seems to have discounted bad news.
They are certainly talking up the gold.
Clearly management are avoiding issuance of equity as much as possible which has to be good news for current holders.
