think i've worked it out, highland plain and nicholson iron ore projects were Andrew James's, they are basically going nowhere. tuckunarra and west mustgrave(anglo farm in etc) are projects generated by Jim Richards.
looks like JR has been adding the value here and has now taken over running the company.
