I have talked to a lot of directors and instos in the past month

The problem is that these unit holders want out so they can move their funds into defensive stocks

Because their is a lack of demand for small caps right now the instos have to sell...they have no choice

Talk to any small cap fund...they are seeing their investors want their money back

This is where I see the opportunity

If a seller puts himself on at 16.5c I will find the funds to take him out
