I am staggered that AM can still manage to raise cash via small placements. Who in their right mind would drop +$120k on this stock? Section 708 means they have to be "sophisticated" investors. They can't be too sophisticated - they've lost the best part of $40k in a week. I reckon that we have just seen the last time it will trade at or above 1c. I agree scorp - better to get something than nothing - at least there might be enough to go and buy a few beers to cry into.
