How about both?
Alchemy are a company on highly prospective ground with good solid potential, its just that the administration of the business has been terrible. Lots of time wasting instead of capitalising on results and expanding resource sizes.
Maybe the most recent structural change to the board will improve the direction and ability of this company.
Bring on March and April 2012!!
