Commodity traders may not like Windimurra coming back into production, but I do.
China, South Africa and Russia are the world's largest producers of vanadium, but their ailing equipment and methods should give Windimurra a competitive advantage and that is why I believe the market has been starved of detailed information from the company.
I'm sure that the 'new kid on the block' intends to muscle his way into what has historically been a difficult market to crack.
