on the reserves certification this year, I think someone phoned the company or had emailed them before and they indicated that they were only in the reserves upgrade announcing game twice a year in Sep and Mar.
I think it was a few weeks ago and I got shot down on another thread predicting the same thing.
Still, it would be good if we could.
