I think the merging of the 2 companies is a bit of a watershed moment for Torian
As a long time Cascade shareholder it gets my tick of approval because my investment can come out of the dark and into the light (private V public)
As a TNR holder it just makes sense and I can see the clear uplift in value to the company by moving from earning 12.5% to 100% ownership. I also see that Torian becomes much more attractive to investors and potential suitors.
At some point there will be further consolidation in the sector imo
