Your vocabulary does not strike me as pretentious.  Your tone, however, is consistently condescending to many on the board, intended or otherwise.  I'm not alone in this thinking.  I do find you annoying, but not in the sense that you anger me, more like a pesky mosquito who I can't see but hear buzzing the same droned tone.  You're just noise distracting from an otherwise reasonable discussion about ADO.

The vitriol comment was more about your repetitive criticism of the BOD, GC, etc.  I never thought of it as a personal attack, so I guess practice what you preach and stick to what I actually said.  The hypocrisy of you telling someone not to take liberties with what has been said literally made me laugh out loud (not LOL type, but actually laughed).  I'm at work, so it was a little awkward, but thanks for the giggle.

I tell you one thing, you're excellent at pushing buttons to invoke response (and I suspect you enjoy this).  The problem is it rarely actually provokes conversation about the company, as you say, but rather lead to further annoyance.  Why do you think that is?  My opinion, for what it's worth, is your contributions are rarely substantive in the sense they offer any real value to the discussion about ADO.  Anyone who can read a quarterly can see the cash position and work out we need more.  Not rocket science.  Again, that's my opinion and why I rarely engage with your 'dissenting' views.  It's not that they're complex, in fact quite the opposite.  There's simply no sense in debating the obvious.  

One thing we have in common is the hope the collaborations pay results.  I've not really anything else to add to this back & forth, so I'll give you the last word (as I know there's no way you won't respond anyway).  GLTA.
