I thought the report was thorough and positive.  The cash is obviously a concern.  I do agree, a raise seems inevitable barring a considerable deal / agreement.

A couple of notes/questions from reading the release:

1.  If we are concocting a R&D plan with potential customers, will any of these be funded partially or in whole?  

2.  The ALFC is interesting.  Some old friendlies hosting which could lead to reasonable opportunities.  Something to keep an eye on, anyway.

3.  Joe's semi-retirement was a bit of a surprise, but I don't see it as a major concern or mark on current status of the business.  Joe's been a Chief Scientist at various organisations for over 30 years.  He may have simply decided to dial back and enjoy life a little after decades of dedication.  From the report, it looks like they have taken considerable steps to maximise continuity of IP.  I wish he wasn't retiring, but have to be happy for a guy who deserves the rest.

4.  If a deal is coming in the near-term, where is it more likely to come from, LFIA or batteries?  My hope is batteries, as it would validate so much and likely be more of a windfall than LFIA.  Unless I'm missing something, LFIA requires considerable volume of product(s) to provide significant revenue.'

5.  Just noting happy to see the continued progress on the 2nd battery patent.

May think of a few more things later, but thought I'd throw this out there.
