Yes, white-labelled version of Syntonic Freeway Roaming Service.... it has some issues of its own (nothing perfect)... but looks like it could be disruptive...
Haven't tried it yet.
Just a guess... but those 26 countries would probably cover 90%+ of travelling Filipinos
