This thread is hilarious!

Even the management agreeing (or actually asking for) pay cuts is seen as a positive!???

Know this:

Executives know their value and would demand to be paid accordingly. Specially if they are at the helm of a "multi bagger".

If they felt this company was on the up and they were in charge of the drive towards value for the shareholders they would demand to be paid accordingly.

Its NOT a good sign that they have collectively agreed to cut their salaries.
