Nah, there are salt mines in onslow, damper, and port hedland and they do fine with rain. The soft surface is being driven on with their new machine but you can't work on a lake when it's half meter deep of water. This water dries up quick enough especially in summer.

The big investors aren't interested until Rwd proves the mine will be profitable which is the DFS. At the moment, they view Rwd as earning $0 for the next several years so the share price they calculate is $0. Once the DFS is out and they are about to mine, the investors will input $X in revenues etc and their models will calculate the sp as $Y
