WAC/NUH had an Interim Stop Order over their ear bud technology. See article attached. They got there in the end. I'm thinking ASIC may be querying the fact that nobody has seen a working version of the Thred app. If that is in fact the case hopefully Thred can demo the app and support its claims sighting "under the radar protection of their Intellectual Property". Would be painful to have to retract & refund on current Prospectus and start again..
