I think someone at ASIC was reading the Prospectus and spilled hot tea on their lap when they read that Microsoft had partnered with Thred on system integration. I think obviously they want to know if Microsoft intend to buy Thred or if they have put a bid offer to the team. Microsoft are hunting for exactly what Thred are offering them so it makes sense to issue an ISO to address the likely material change.
