I'd say the recent rise was a total surprise to the company. The quarterly is the usual cut and paste job but does mention the positive nearby drill results and their inclination to conduct exploration work which is a good step.
You have to wonder why they are even still talking about progressing a multi billion dollar capex IO project in the current climate.
