1) What were the terms of the licence agreement? I assume the Tunisian Government are not stupid and got there pound of flesh. How much did ADX need to pay?
2) Romania has become a kicking toy. Keep talking it up to keep the story alive. And on and on it goes.
Forget about aquiring new tenements. You have no money and a week story to tell. Time to stop the BS and get a real job. Unfortunately there is a lot of people like ADX management out there winging it on false promises. It is the norm and it took my personal losses to realise this fact. I have a real job and have given up on get rich quick schemes/penny dreadfuls. I am out of the market some time back and do not have to listen to arseholes like ADX management. I sleep well now even though I am poorer.
