Reckon "on the coast" ur talking salt production KR, pumped water from the ocean, not ponds established on top of their own drainable surface. Then tip toeing over a brine soaked granular lake surface (which hopefully never floods from rain hundreds of km's away, taking your ponds with it!) with your heavy machinery?
