Why does the SP need to be above the price for KLA or DGO to exercise options?

Raising $6m from options is far from a fiasco. Some of us were up to in my case eyeballs in DEG (@gbgirl much funny anatomy) so exercising options required some to sell heads to convert knowing it would was causing an SP issue.

Now considering DGO chipped in $5m on structural,  NNAM want equity vs cash for Indee and Top Drill choose 1/3rd equity as well for some of the drilling. Why are you stressing the rest will be at 10c?

About $15m raised (not including KLA) or 1/3rd of our market cap raised in the past 12 months on structural. Unusually share holders ended up with the greatest discount.

Conglomerates announcements have been a blessing that allow the share price to rise and the cash to come in to allow the structural to develop with much less dilution and it will be the cream. 

@Golden Emu has made a prediction the sp will be 20c eom which is a big call have you ask him why?
He obviously must be confident in the fourth coming announcements so to answer your question do I think structural will increase the price, yes I do.
History says good results and new discoveries does this.
