You said it correct - Hardest part of the job is the cut & paste lol. They been doing this for more than a year or since Rakesh Gupta joined the company. He has been trained by our Exploration Manager.

The quarterly highlight are not for the quarter, they are highlights of their achievements.

• Mapping and Sampling, this is joke.
• Failure drilling programme, hides negative or failure drilling result news in quarterly.
• This highlights their special skills, which is cut and paste job for more than year. They may be good to be kindergarten teachers. They can teach kid cut and paste skills.

Corporate

• One more hope – gold and base metals sector. This is one more falls hopes.
• Cost reduction – Our CEO is getting paid for his cut and paste job. It means he need to big pay cut. He is a puppet or rubber stamp.

This quarterly has couple of paragraphs of new information rest is all same as previous quarterly. They don’t have to do cut and paste. They must have used previous quarterly report and add couple of picture and five sentence. This report is done before the beginning of the quarter.

Congratulation board of directors (NMDC) for a good work. You names will go into the company history book. If there is one.
