NMDC bought 99% of the shares as no-one else wanted to waste their money and as they practically own it now anyway it's like giving to themselves. NMDC and Sharon Heng are 100% to blame for the failure of this company as both parties made promise after promise with absolutely no results except for reliving mug punters of their hard earned $$. Anyone who wastes more money investing in this dog or hopes for a return is going to be left high and dry..
