re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report December... yes and no...yes for a rerate and no if they can access that transport costings into a salable fixed cost on a contract to buy all that coal,now there is a buyer that needs 12 mill every year in south africa,but what point does that cut into the profit margin.The rail line is to slow for market so they just need to tell the market with a price on how there going to get it to sth africa.
