Thanks @strauss. I had a look at this a few months ago and put it in the "interesting" category. Some uncertainty with the AZM link and you'd think they would be the prime candidates to pick up the projects CDT want to offload. Makes more sense for AZM to have these projects all in-house rather than in a convoluted arrangement with CDT.
At the moment, I'd see this relationship as being to AZM's advantage but I can see the merit of freeing up CDT to pursue other opportunities.
