The critical things for CTP are : 1. geology - it has to produce a good sustainable gas flow result ; 2. engineering - plant equipement has to be capable of treating a sustainable economic amount of gas ; 3. gas pipeline costs have to be reduced by 50% - thats a huge change and is likely to be fought by APA. 4. gas sales prices on east coast have to be way above historic levels - many projects are being developed to compete in the future market and supply will increase significantly at some point ; 5. credible company administration has to be established and shareholder communication and trust rebuilt. Its a complex situation with internal company / market / bureaucratic / competition risks.
