It may be that the ASX after administering their 40 lashes , it appears we are then going to have to walk through the valley of shame first before indeed getting to the shareholders approval to increase our 10% placement capacity. As we have already used our 15% limit earlier in the year - this will bring us at least to the AGM before it refreshes any abilities in raising fresh capital.
With $541,000 left in the kitty with and an estimated $550,000 being required for Exploration , it is clear we are going to need this resolution passed . In addition it will also be key in obtaining the continued support for the BOD from all its shareholders in supporting additional capital raisin's going forward.
If we can manage to get this baby off the canvas , one would also have to consider the opportunities from the vast number of 2,100,384,386 two cent options which can also be exercised anytime from now until April 30 2020 . Imagine what this could do for us - and perhaps the control of the company......
So to stay with the Pet Food theme , I would definitely think HDY is comprised of only the ' HARDEY-iest ' premium food full of treats for all its hardworking Shareholders...... You might even say that it's fit for the ' Big Dogs ' and ' Fat Cats ' ...... Here are at least 2 reasons why :-
On 10 September 2018, two groups announced they were substantial holders in the Company
: ➢ Pacific Continental Holdings Pty Ltd with 409.1m shares (15.44% of the Company’s issued capital)
➢ Strat Plan Pty Ltd ATF Strat Plan Trust with 155.1m shares (5.85% of the Company’s issued capital)

There is of course other ' Chumpy ' tenements as well . And folk's they are so ' Chumpy ' you can almost carve them out of the report and straight onto an investors plate , however I think we may be waiting a tad bit longer before we can all Tuck in. So don't spoil your appetites folk's.......
