Surely they could have a hearing in which the ASX & HDY representatives can have question and answer time and get it sorted out, like a board room meeting. Instead of sending emails or postage back and forth. As it has been nearly 2 months of no trading.

When the ASX is happy with all questions being answered , then HDY can release an announcement with all that was transcribed for investors to read through and get the company trading again.

I am all for the ASX asking as much as they want, to keep everyone under the spotlight helps eliminate anything shady going on. Yes I know it wont stop it in the market completely, but it gives a wake up call to HDY and others.
