No position, but I know about them. Lind (formerly Springtree) are essentially a corporate loan shark, which lends to companies who cannot obtain funding from any other source. Usually they convert the shares they get by sending the SP into a death spiral. In this case, there's a conversion clause, so they'll need to get their money back some other way. As LRS have no money with which to pay, the only way I can see it to force a bankruptcy.
