Yes it's a long time but the company has explained the reasons for the extended waiting period.
From what I understand it is government processing delays which included a period of absence/change of responsible government minister. Other companies in the area have had a similar issue.
LRS has no control over these types of delays and I imagine they would be as frustrated as the rest of us.
