The communication is so bad, and broken promises from the last quarterly so glaring and unexplained that there must be considered the potential possibility, in my opinion, that it is deliberately designed to drive down the share price, perhaps to aid someone's accumulation prior to the pump during drilling season.

It might not be incompetence, but by design is a possibility to consider is what I'm saying. Not accusing anyone of anything, it's important to consider all angles.
