Yes and the directors have laid it bare: they're not concerned. If something does go wrong, there will be plenty of ammo for SH against them.
There are few little quirks of PR spin writing in there but overall I'm not concerned. The volume these days is pushing the price up, and lower volume leads to a fall. If that were reversed, did be slightly concerned.
