I don't understand the confusion in some posts.
announcement is clear that OOK has been in negotiations with a payment biz that has attracted tier one clients. they are looking to vend the biz into OOK.
it's clearly not afterpay.
what I like about it is that they are already in advanced negotiations meaning it's a real deal they were already considering before payments became the hot sector - this is a genuine prospect not some crappy biz they've gone out to find in a hurry as may be the case when other tech shells scurry off to bring deals to market.
with 328m SOI and MC of $7m with almost a Mil in cash they have scope to bag and bag before even reaching a fraction of peers like SPT.
Seems a good risk reward ratio to me.
plus, this stock can run.
